shipping policy

Order Updates and Changes

To request an update to your order or make changes (such as modifying your parts order, adjusting the shipping method, or updating your shipping address), please email us at orders@hemifast.com. Be sure to include the following information for quick and accurate assistance:

  1. Order Number: Found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. This helps us quickly locate your order in our system.
  2. Contact Information: Provide your full name, phone number, and email address to verify your identity and ensure we can communicate with you throughout the process.
  3. Specific Request: Clearly state what you would like to change. For example:
    • If you want to adjust the shipping method (e.g., upgrading to express shipping), specify the preferred option.
    • If you're changing parts, list the parts, part numbers, and whether you're adding, replacing, or removing items.

The sooner you reach out, the more flexibility we have to accommodate your request. Please note that changes may not be possible once your order has been processed or shipped.


Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. Cancellation fees may apply, determined at the discretion of Hemifast Performance. Once an order has been processed and/or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

To request a cancellation, please email us at orders@hemifast.com with the following information:

  1. Order Number: This helps us locate your order quickly.
  2. Reason for Cancellation: While not required, providing a reason can assist in processing your request.

Orders are processed quickly, so contacting us as soon as possible increases your chances of preventing shipment. Once an order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.


Shipping Costs

When you place an order, we will estimate your shipping costs based on the shipping option you select. However, shipping costs may be adjusted if there are changes in how the item(s) are shipped (e.g., multiple packages, different carriers). We will notify you of any changes to the shipping cost before processing your order and will also contact you prior to proceeding with any large or international shipments that require additional charges.


Shipping

We primarily use UPS, USPS, and FedEx for shipping. If you select free shipping, we will choose the most economical method available, unless otherwise specified. Please note: Some exclusions may apply for free shipping eligibility, depending on factors like order size, weight, or destination.

If you are unable to receive shipments from a specific carrier, please notify us before placing your order so we can adjust the shipping method accordingly.


Freight Shipping

Freight shipments will be calculated and invoiced once your order is ready to ship. Freight shipments must be sent to a commercial address, as we are unable to process freight shipments to residential addresses.


Payment and Shipping Address Policy

For security purposes, all customers paying by credit card are required to ship orders to the billing address associated with their card. We take exceptional measures to protect our customers from credit card fraud, which is why very few exceptions to this policy will be allowed. Fraud is a serious crime, and we prosecute offenders to the fullest extent of the law.


Damaged and Lost Shipments

If your item is damaged or lost during transit, please contact Hemifast Performance immediately. We are required to file a claim with the carrier, and replacements, returns, or refunds cannot be processed until the claim is complete.

  • If your package is damaged, keep all packing materials and take photos of the damage to help us process the claim efficiently.
  • Claims for damaged goods must be filed with the carrier within 48 hours of delivery.

If a package shows as delivered but cannot be found, please thoroughly check your property (doors, porches, garages, etc.) and inquire with neighbors. In some cases, packages are mistakenly delivered to the wrong address. If you still cannot locate the package, a claim must be filed with the carrier within 48 hours of delivery.


Stolen Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed as delivered by the carrier (UPS, USPS, or FedEx) and is subsequently stolen from your residence, Hemifast Performance is not responsible for the loss. In such cases, we recommend that you:

  1. Contact local law enforcement to file a police report.
  2. File a claim with your homeowners or renters insurance, as they may cover stolen packages.

Additionally, we advise checking with neighbors or your building’s management to ensure the package wasn’t received on your behalf.


California Customers & Emissions States

Due to CARB and other emissions regulations, particularly in California, Hemifast Performance makes no claims that any of the parts sold are emissions-legal or street-legal unless specifically noted.

All parts and tuning products sold by Hemifast Performance are intended for Off-Road Use Only and may contain chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.

Please ensure compliance with your local regulations before purchasing or using any parts that may be subject to emissions laws.


Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, & International Customers

We can ship to virtually any address worldwide, but shipping rates at checkout are based on Continental U.S. shipments only. Additional shipping fees may apply for orders outside the Continental U.S.

To ensure the best shipping rates and avoid unexpected costs, we recommend contacting us before placing an order for delivery outside the U.S. Please note that some products may have shipping restrictions and cannot be shipped to certain international destinations.

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping costs at checkout.
